This Privacy Policy describes the information Texas Made Sports Development, Inc., a Texas corporation, (“Chaparral”) collects from you, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We collect certain information about you and your use of our website when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. 4. E-Commerce

Our store is hosted by Day Smart Recreation. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. This platforms encrypts credit card information through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
